‘Following the previous e-mail that we sent you on the 30th August & my subsequent appointment with Castle Leisure, the good news is, that we are now able to return to Academy coaching on Friday 2nd October. This is fantastic news but notwithstanding that we had to produce a full set of proposals & a 9 page Risk Assessment document to discuss our admission back. In this respect, we will have to adhere to & detail all the Covid compliances laid down by the Government & Table Tennis England for our safe return to coaching. Many of these conditions are centred around details of members & numbers involved so that we can plan in advance with the Leisure Centre the logistics of running the session in line with the Covid Health & Safety measures. It is imperative, that we know ‘WHO’ & ‘HOW MANY’ members are returning on the 2nd October.
It is disappointing, that to date, we have only received 6 questionnaires back of the 32 members e-mailed. Therefore as a matter of urgency, can I ask you to respond to this communication advising if your child will be/or not be returning to the Academy on the 2nd October. We urge that this is returned no later than Wednesday 16th September & anyone not replying we will assume no longer want to play at the Academy. At this stage completion of the questionnaire can follow but as mentioned those returning, will form the basis of our planned return & the future running of the club.
